Pasch Salon is New Jersey’s premier salon for the styles of today — and tomorrow. Our expert stylists and technicians have been trained to not only aim for perfection, but to study and execute the latest styles and trends in hair, nails, makeup and hair removal. Since we opened our doors, we’ve been combining this attention to detail with friendly, personalized service to ensure you leave our salon feeling as good as you look. As one of the premiere salons on the Jersey Shore, we welcome new clients. We are devoted to offering the best coloring, hair styling and nail services in New Jersey.
WHO WE ARE
Pasch Salon is recognized as an Goldwell Salon. We mainly use and sell the latest in cutting-edge products from Goldwell, KMS and GK hair Keratin with other top-of-the-line products OPI, LCN Gels and Creative Spa. Our professional-grade products are also highly affordable, available for you at nearly-wholesale prices. Classically urban and contemporarily diverse, Pasch Salon is a cut above. GIFT CARDS/ CERIFICATES:
Pasch Salon Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash and/or gratuity. Gift Cards are non-refundable. The Gift Card will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, altered etc. Gift Cards must be presented at time of service. Gift Cards/Certificates should be used within one year of purchase date.
Retail products may be exchanged within 4 days after purchase. We do not offer refunds or apply credit towards salon services. Please check our “3 DAY POLICY.” Prices and services may vary per location and are subject to change without notice. Please consult your Technician.
As a courtesy, we make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time. We will call to confirm your service 24 to 48 hours prior to your appointment and you will also receive an email & text confirmation. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. If running more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment. We also recommend that you rebook your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so we can be sure to accommodate your schedule
Extensive and multiple salon/spa services may require a major credit card for deposit. In consideration to our other Clients and Technicians, please notify us 24 to 48 hours in advance to change any appointments and to avoid any future charges. Groups or parties must give at least thirty day notice to avoid a 50% total service cancellation fee.
Non-cancellations or “NO-SHOWS”- In the event you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments. However, you may be considered as a walk-in.
LOYALTY REWARD PROGRAM :
Here at Pasch, we like to reward our clients with a little extra for their loyalty and referrals. With this reward program, our clients will receive an automatic 1% rewards instant rebate off the total dollar spent. Points can only be redeemed for services or products, and after 100 points is accumulated. Consult our front desk for more information.
3 DAYS POLICY:
We want our clients to be happy and satisfied with their services. If you are ever dissatisfied with any service in the salon we will gladly make the corrections necessary to exceed your expectations within 3 days of the original service. In order for us to guarantee our work,
we do not use or encourage clients to bring their own products (HAIR COLOR) for services. We use only professional products. If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know so we can make it right! Our primary objective is to ensure each service and visit meets your satisfaction.
Are always welcome to the salon but must be supervised at ALL TIMES. Children under the age of 12 that are receiving salon services must be accompanied by an adult. Children that are not receiving salon services must be well behaved and is seated at the reception area. We are committed to providing a relaxing, stress-free atmosphere for all of our guests, and we do not offer child care services.
It is important that client records are kept and updated with current and correct information. Client reward/loyalty programs are only credited to clients if we have your accurate information. All client information is confidential and private. We do not share your information. Your information is used to communicate necessary information to you. We email or text appointment reminders and occasional promotions. Please let your technician know if you have any adverse reactions to chemicals, cosmetics &/or allergies, medical conditions, etc. we should be aware of. This information is vital to your safety in our salon.
At Pasch Salon, we are not responsible for damaged, lost, stolen, misplaced, broken etc. personal property. This is entirely the Client’s responsibility to be prepared prior to any salon services.
Any discount programs, promotional certificates, coupons, website specials etc., cannot be used in conjunction with each other or for prior purchases or services rendered. A certificate, coupon, voucher etc., must be presented before the expiration date. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen certificates, coupons, etc. Please check website for online specials.
FORMS OF PAYMENT:
We reserve the right to change prices and services at any time without notification. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit Cards and Cash; but please, no Personal Checks. We do not accept any payments made by phone.
All policies and procedures at Pasch Salon are subject to change without notice. Pasch salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
